Rules & Regulations of the institute

1 The students should abide by the existing and amended rules of the university and college strictly. The students are expected to maintain the dignity of the Chief Executive/Director/Principle and faculties.

             2 The college expects 100% attendence for the theory and practical sessions. Students shold note that,if a student fails to attend the class continuously for three days with valid grounds and prior permission of the Chief Executive/Director/Principle/H.O.D., his/her parents will be inform an proper action will be taken. The attendence less then 80% will detain a student from appearing in the university semester examination.

3 The students should be regular in the class and lab and his/her attendance for the day will be marked only when he/she is present for the session during the day and the student should attend the theory and practical session as per his/her prescribed batch time. The students are not permitted to stay in the college other than his/her prescribed batch time.

4 The attendence of the students for the internal assessment/unit test/seminars, conducted in the college is compulsory, if he/she fails, a fine of  Rs. 100/- will be collected and their absence will be informed to the parents/guardians.

5 The student should return the library books at proper time, in case of failure to do so, fine will be charge as per the norms.

6 The student should not cause any damage to the college property. The damage caused shall be recovered from the student immediately along with fine. The fine will be decided by the college authority and the decision will be final.

7 The student found guilty of miss conduct either in the college or out side shall be subjected to strict disciplinary action and may be expelled from the college as well as from the university.

             8 The vihicles should be parked on the place notified and the vehicles parked elsewhere, i.e. other than parking zone, shall be subjected to disciplinary action.

9 The student should read the notices displayed on the notice board regularly and the college will not be responsible for any disadvantage due to not-reading of notices on the part of the student.

10 The fee for the university/college should be paid at the college  ofice on the prescribed date.  The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, i.e. even if the student is expelled from the college.

11 After joining the college, the student should finish his/her studies at this college i.e., the student will not be allowed to move/get transfer to other MCRP university study centre. No N.O.C . will be provided from this college except those whose parents are Govt. Servants and Transferred.

12 The college authority has the right to cancel any admission at any time at any ground.

13 The students performance in the Internal Assessments, Assignments, Tutorials and Discipline in the college will be considered at the time of providing internal marks.

14 The college has right to expel in any student misconduct and misbehaviour and the remitted fee shall be forfiited by the college.

15 Punctuallity is strictly required in the class and lab in case of failure student will not be permitted to enter.

16 Students shall observe all safety precautions. The institute will not be responsible for any accident inside or outside the institute. No claim shall be accepted.

17 Students shall be responsible for all their belongings inside of the institute campus.

18 The students will have to deposit the fee and dues of the institute and concerning examination body time to time as prescribed by the management and examination authorities.

19 In all maters the decision of the director / management of the institute will be final and applicable on each student.

20 The institute will not be responsible for any irregularity occur in examination results, valuation due to misconduct of concerning examination body. The college and university has right to amend the rules and regulations of the concerned examination. The student shall be bound by the rules strictly.

             21 Students without prescribed uniform code and identity card shall not be permitted in the class room, lab or college premises.

22 Strict silence should be observe in the computer lab, library and class rooms.

23 Smoking, chewing of tobacco, gutkha / pan in the college premises is strictly prohibited and also prohibited Loitering in cooridoors and gallary .

24 The use of mobile is prohibited in the lab and class session.

25 The institute can provide job assistance to the students on successfully completion of the course but doesn?t stand the guarantee of job or placement .

26 Before applying, do visit the university website ?www.mcu.ac.in?, particularly the portion ?Guidance to the students?, to appreciate the system of regular class room teaching by the study institutes, associated/registered with the university.

27 The above rules of discipline are always subject to change, modification, addition, omission or alteration as and when the college authorities feel it fit and proper and the decisions of the Chief Executive/Director/Principal shall be final.
